This collection contains the textbook Problems in Marketing used in Business 316, problems worked for the class, and various tickets and receipts including Treasurer's Office receipts, dining hall tickets, and Athletic Association tickets.

Laboratory manual, 1916-1917, of Patsy Emory of Chase City, Virginia. The following description was provided by the seller and has not been verified: "This is a copy of a school textbook titled: Laboratory Manual of Inorganic Chemistry, "One Hundred Topics in General, Qualitative, and Quantitative Chemistry", by Rufus P. Williams; published by Ginn & Company; 1896. This copy carries the name of Patsy Emory of Chase City, Va, and the dates 1916-1917. The book contains 100 experiments, each explained on the left-hand side of the opened book, with a blank page on the right, on which the student recorded her observations and findings. Teacher comments on the inside of front cover and on front flyleaf."

This collection contains course material and a scrapbook, created in 1980, commemorating the 50th reunion of the William & Mary Class of 1930. The scrapbook contains loose material, including programs and a class directory, and is approximately 12" x 10". The collection also includes a notebook and an annotated textbook used by Lanier in her French classes while a student at William & Mary.

Collection is mostly genealogical notes and copies of wills compiled by Thomas Jefferson Stubbs. The collection also includes bills and receipts of people who lived in Gloucester County, Virginia, pamphlets by the Presbyterian Publishing Company in Richmond, Virginia and partial textbooks for Latin and French.

Harvard Law School notes of John R. L. Johnson and two textbooks from 1932-1935. Lecture notes include classes on Criminal Law, Taxation, Torts, Government Control of Business, Equity and more.

Algebra textbook, 1729, of rules and cases kept by J. Moyle, perhaps in England, though Jos. Copley's name is on the inside front cover. On page 129, Mr. Oughtred's solution is given. He was an English mathematician.

Pike's Arithmetic, 1856-1858, [either Nicholas Pike's A New and Complete System of Arithmetic or Stephen Pike's The Teacher's Assistant] copied by William J. Babb, Hardy County, Va. [W. Va.]. The volume also includes verse.

Textbook, 1843-1844, of Samuel Atwell Danner, Middleton, [Frederick County, Va.] concerning geometry, trigonometry, surveying, and arithmetic.

Textbook, 1799, on mathematics. Name on inside cover is Sally Palty Davis.

Mathematics copybook kept by Thomas Bridgforth in Lunenburg County, Virginia. Gives rules for solving various problems and examples of calculations. Book has been laminated and rebound.

Materials Relating to Archibald Ward when he was the Chaplain at Eastern State Hospital. Notebook "textbook" labeled "Psycho-Biology" which includes handwritten case notes, notebook "textbook", "Neuropsychiatric Seminars, 1958-1959" edited by Leonard J. Ravitz, M.D. which includes training session material and case notes from Eastern State Hospital and what appears to be typed excerpts from a journal entitled "From Francis to Ironbound...and Beyond" which mentions events around Williamsburg, Virginia.

Minute book, 1875-1907, of the North River District School Board, Augusta County, Va. which includes lists of students, lists of teachers, a newspaper clipping containing the population breakdown for Augusta County schools, a list of approved textbooks, records of funds expended, and a letter, 22 November [19]02, from a teacher requesting a pay increase.

This collection contains information about the College of William & Mary from the Eighteenth Century to the present. Included in the collection are faculty lecture notes from a variety of classes, scrapbooks, research notes, correspondence, textbooks used at the College of William & Mary, minute and account books, poetry books, student notebooks, a literary manual, and various other miscellaneous bound volumes.

Account book of James M. Blanks and Company of Clarkesville, Mecklenburg County, Virginia. Account Book cover is in fragile condition and the ink in the interior is faded due to water damage. James M. Blanks sold textbooks and a list of these textbooks has been placed with the account book along with a list of some of the other items sold.

Papers, 1951-1976, of Spotswood Hunnicutt Jones concerning elementary school textbook, "Virginia: History, Government, Geography" (New York: Scribner, 1957). Includes correspondence with Earl Gregg Swem and Francis Butler Simkins as well as typescripts, revisions and galley proofs.

The Charles Campbell papers consist of papers received or collected by Charles Campbell (1807-1876), Virginia historian. The papers fall into four general headings: historical papers collected by Charles Campbell, correspondence, manuscript volumes, and miscellaneous. His professional correspondence consists of letters to the editors of the "Southern Literary Messenger", to historical societies, to publishing firms, and to other historians and authors. The writing, publishing and critic of Charles Campbell's book "Virginia History", concerns much of these material.
