A big thank you to Steve Runge at Boston College for sharing this virtual book display design.
June, as Pride Month, is celebrated by millions of LGBTQIA+ people and their allies around the world with parades, parties, festivals, picnics and much more. June was chosen to honor the 1969 Stonewall Uprising in Manhattan. The Stonewall Uprising was a tipping point for the Gay Liberation Movement in the United States. In order to recognize the important contributions LGBTQIA+ people have had on the world, W&M Libraries has put together this virtual book display, all of which are available to the W&M community.
