  While you can create Google Forms with your personal Gmail account, you will get access to certain W&M features by using W&M G Suite. You can ask for an account by emailing support@wm.edu.
   
• Office 365 Forms - office.wm.edu or forms.office.com
  You can access Office 365 Forms by going to office.wm.edu and clicking on the teal icon for Forms. If you don't see the icon, you can click the arrow for "All Apps" to find it.
