This guide contains a list of training courses on software and tools that can be used for data analysis, digital humanities, or to gain data literacy and curation skills. Each page is dedicated to a specific type of skill. Lists are not exhaustive and rather contain several options we think would best meet the needs of beginners or those looking for refreshers.

  • Data Literacy Training: Includes training courses focused on the basics like reading graphs, using data, identifying variables and types, etc.
  • Data Governance & Management Training: Includes courses and webinars on data governance and data management, including organizing data, good data stewardship and ethical practices, sharing and reusing data, and planning through the research data lifecycle.
