-- Documentation and drafts for James Critchfield's book, Partners at the Creation the Men behind Postwar Germany's Defense and Intelligence Establishments. Includes oral history transcripts and documents relating to the Berlin Crises (1958-1961), founding of the Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND), declassified Central Intelligence Agency documents (1945-1949), a German-English intelligence glossary, biographical files and correspondence. Includes 2 copies of vol. 1 of a photocopy of "Foreign Intelligence and Partnership:CIA and the origins of the BND, 1945-49", and one copy of vol. 2; one bound and one loose-leaf set of copies of correspondence relating to Critchfield's post-war Intelligence tasks. Includes 4 Video Casette Tapes.

-- The collection includes various publications, programs, brochures, tickets, and materials related to intercollegiate athletics at the College of William & Mary including baseball, basketball, cheer-leading, cross country, fencing, field hockey, football, etc. Includes VHS videotapes of various offensive and defensive drills during scrimmages, as well as highlights over the season of offensive and defensive plays by the William & Mary football team, circa 1985-2006. Each tape is categorized by type of formation and positon. There are also film reels of footage taken from William & Mary football games against other Colleges and Universities, circa 1976-1986. Each reel is categorized into offense, defense, or special teams, and includes games against the Virginia Military Institute, Virginia Tech, University of Virginia, and James Madison University.

-- Records of the League of Women Voters of the Williamsburg Area (LWVWA). Includes minutes, agendas, correspondence, publications, reports, photographs, memorandums, newsletters, president's files, video recordings and newspaper clippings. Topics covered include among others arms control, national security issues and domestic legislation, information relating to lobbying, etc.

-- Papers of Doctor Vincent T. DeVita, former director of the National Cancer Institute and chief of surgical oncology at Sloan-Kettering Memorial Medical Center concerning aspects of National Cancer Institute's activities, programs, and agenda. Includes congressional testimony, minutes of meetings, correspondence relating to committees and associations, articles by Dr. DeVita, memoranda, and speeches. Also included arehistories of various programs at NCI, correspondence about cancer treatments, cancer newsletters, AIDS newsletter, Physicians Data Query, videotapes of news programs and correspondence relating to Dr. C. G. Zubrod's tenure at NCI.

-- Original and copies of individual parts for musical instruments and scripts for voices for five ballad operas: Robin Hood, Devil to Play, Mock Doctor, Thomas and Sally and the Beggar's Opera. Photographs, copies of miscellaneous theater airs and songs, research material, programs, posters, and working papers. Includes 4 DVDs, which have been transferred to the Mss. Audiovisual Collection: The Mock Doctor; Flora; The Devil to Pay; Robin Hood.

-- Collection includes letters, citations, scripts of plays, photographs, slides and videos concerning Rosa Marie Fuller's teaching career and James A. Fuller's employment with the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation and his service with the Boy Scouts. Includes several videos of school plays.

-- This collection contains news clippings, correspondence, and photographs collected by Robert Paul Carlson, William & Mary class of 1966, from 1953-2007. Included in the papers are two DVDs, including one from a 2007 message by New York Senator Hillary Clinton about Carlson, her former high school teacher, being inducted into the Maine Township's Wall of Honor. The other DVD features two 2005 news clips from ABC 7 and WTTW in Chicago, Illinois about Carlson teaching for almost 50 years at Maine East High School.

-- The collection contains materials related to Dr. Armand J. Galfo's teaching in the School of Education, service to the College of William & Mary, and scholarship throughout his career, his teaching and scholarly activities, awards and achievements, and service in the Air Force and Air Force Reserves. The materials consist of correspondence, news clippings, photographs, pamphlets, publications by Dr. Galfo, research materials of Armand and Mary Galfo, teaching notes, photocopies of articles, overhead transparencies, DVDs of speeches, an audio cassette tape of a radio interview, and personal items of Armand and Mary Galfo.

-- Collection of scripts written by students in Prof. Louis E. Catron's theater classes at the College of William & Mary. Includes 3 VHS Tapes showing screenplays by Linda Seidman.

-- The University Archives Audiovisual Collection is an artificial collection of various audio and visual formats documenting the College of William & Mary campus, events, people, etc. The collection contains analog, magnetic, and digital media and while not comprehensive, it does include material from a variety of time periods and types of events including commencements, Charter Day, building dedications, lecture series, Raft Debates, visiting scholars and distinguished guests, athletic events, and much more. Researchers are encouraged to verify with staff the format of individual items and availability for immediate use. Many items in the collection will require preservation reformatting before they can be used.

-- The collection includes various image formats documenting campus locales, people, and events including school activities, plays and musicals, organizations, athletics, homecoming, and other typical campus scenes. Includes one DVD containing images from the attempt by students, faculty, and staff at the College to break the world record for the largest Thriller dance at one time. Also includes Admissions--Filming Admission Video (1995), including snapshots of low flying helicopter over campus.

-- Includes selected news coverage clips featuring William and Mary from January to March 2003.

-- This collection contains the records and paperwork related to Art Song of Williamsburg. This organization existed from 2000 through 2007 and was responsible for an average of three concerts a year. Their records include papers relating to their creation and termination, financial and tax records, biographies and contracts for the artists they featured, as well as inter-organizational correspondence between board members. Genevieve McGiffert was the founder and features prominently in the records. In addition to the paper records, the collection contains audiovisual material of the bulk of the performances sponsored by Art Song of Williamsburg. The musical performances were often preceded by educational lectures.

-- The records of the College of William & Mary men's acapella group Gentlemen of the College include internal and external correspondence related to public performances; the constitution and by-laws; fliers advertising performances and auditions; a history of the group; membership lists; photographs; an extensive collection of audiovisual material documenting both live performances and studio sessions; and several scrapbooks. A portion of the collection was created to mark the group's 10th and 20th anniversaries, but material from throughout the group's history available.

-- This collection encompasses the records of the organization William & Mary Gay and Lesbian Alumni/ae (GALA) founded in 1986. Includes a DVD with responses of several members of GALA to the "Out at Swem Library" exhibit in November 2007.

-- This collection holds material about First Lieutenant Todd W. Weaver, a 2008 alumnus of the College of William & Mary '08, who died September 9, 2010, in Kandahar, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when insurgents attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device. Two DVDs containing the memorial service at Williamsburg Community Chapel, on September 25, 2010, and the interment service at Arlington National Cemetery, on October 14, 2010, are housed in the University Archives Audiovisual Collection.
