Directions

Follow the directions below. Once you have an answer, call over the librarian.
Once you have a correct answer, I'll send your next question.
First team to finish all 8 win!

HINTS:

  • Keep searches simple: these are specialized databases so your searches don't need to be complex. For example, if you're in a newspaper database you don't need to use "newspaper" as a keyword. If you're in a history database, you don't need "history" as a keyword.
  • Use quotation marks and use AND.  For example "Richmond Triangle Players"  or "LGBT Community Center" AND Cleveland.
  • Using  OR helps if you put it in parentheticals. For example, (LGBT* OR queer) AND Richmond
  • Use the asterisk * for terms with various forms and endings, example: LGBT*

Assessment

As part of the University's national accreditation, library classes this year need to submit assessment forms.

This is not required, but it would really, really help me out if you could fill out this very quick survey. I will not see the comments, and the feedback is anonymous. Thanks!
