The easiest way to search for books in our collection is by clicking on the Books & Media tab from the Libraries' PRIMO search box (located on the Libraries' homepage). You can also get to the Books & Media tab by clicking here.
You can search PRIMO using keywords or subject terms.
Subject terms are official labels that have been applied to books to help readers find hyper relevant content. You can find the subject terms assigned to a given book by looking at the item record. You can also see some relevant terms to the left.
Struggling to find books available at W&M? Fear not! You can borrow books from other libraries for free through Interlibrary Loan. All you need to do is use WorldCat to find a book you are interested in and hit "Request through Interlibrary Loan" to begin the process. To get the most relevant set of results, I recommend using the Advanced Search and applying the following "search tools" before hitting search:
