You can download the Word Processor Plug-in (which lets you insert citations as you write and will automatically generate a bibliography when you're done) here.
Refworks is also a program that is available to you as a William & Mary student. It is very similar to Zotero, though more fully integrated into most library databases.
Double check any citations that are automatically made for you by citation generators or databases! They often have small mistakes.
