  These tests are available for review by anyone, but only School of Education faculty and students can check them out. To administer a test, copies need to be purchased. • Finding Psychological Tests (maintained by the University of Portland, Oregon, Wilson W. Clark Memorial Library)

  Lists some books that contain some tests, plus lists a few websites that can lead to tests.
• Psychological Research on the Net (maintained by the Psychological Department at Hanover College, Hanover, Indiana)

  A compilation of psychological tests and surveys active on the internet. It appears that to see the tests or surveys, you might need to actually "take" the test or survey.
• Psychological Tests and Measures Guide (Humboldt State University in California)

  A comprehensive guide to finding psychological tests and measures.
• Implicit Association Test -- IAT (Harvard University's site)

  Information and demo tests for the Implicit Association Test (IAT).

Listed here are additional ways to find psychological and educational tests and measures.  In most cases, these lead only to descriptions and evaluations of tests and measures, not to actual tests and measures.  That's because most of the published tests and measures require training to administer.

1.  Mental Measurements Yearbook (link shown above):  electronic and print access.  This database describes and evaluates tests but does not include the actual tests or examples.

3. Review the American Psychological Association's "Finding Information about Psychological Tests" webpage.

4.  Search our Library Catalog for books that contain sample tests and measures:  use search phrases such as "psychological tests" or "educational tests."

6.  ETS (Educational Testing Service):  tests that can be purchased. However, the ETS database of tests might also lead to tests that are available in journals and books.
